Tirana International Film Festival

National Folklore Festival at Girokaster
Takes place every four years, in the fall, in the city of Girokaster, Albania. Features more then 1000 Albanian singers and dancers from Albania, Kosovo, Macedonia, Serbia, Italy, Germany, Switzerland, and the Untied States. The Event was founded in 1968 and it usually takes place in September or October. Next event will be in 2013.

Durres Dance Meeting
International festival of modern and contemporary dance that too place for the 5th time May 1-30, 2010.

Televised song contest founded by singer and composer Kenga Magjike in 1999 that is broadcast ever year on Albanian television.
