Faroe Islands Art Museum
The National Art Gallery of the Faroe Islands opened in 1993 in a building reminiscent of a traditional Faroese boat house. Contains about 2600 works of art, mostly by Faroese artists. The museum Web site is available in Faroese, Danish, and English.

Nordic House in the Faroe Islands
Cultural institution established to support and promote Nordic and Faroese culture in the Faroe Islands and in other Nordic regions. Programs include music concerts, theatre performances, dance performances, and art exhibitions. There is also a cafe on the premises serving snacks and drinks.
