ALOHA STADIUM FAREWELL EVENTS (1975-2023)
The Aloha Stadium on Oahu Island was shut down in December of 2020 due to structural issues and it has not hosted any football games or other events since then. The stadium is expected to be demolished in 2023 or 2024 and a brand new stadium is expected to replace it, hopefully by the end of 2027. The original Aloha Stadium is going away, but the popular outdoor Aloha Stadium Swap Meet & Marketplace will continue to operate on the property. Several activities are planned to say goodbye to the old stadium on Saturday, February 25, 2023 from 10:00 a.m. through 9:00 p.m.
