Skyline Light Rail Construction

Information about the construction phases of the SkyLine Light Rail System in the City and County of Honolulu on the south side of Oahu Island in Hawaii.

Phase 1 of the Skyline Light Rail System
All of the light erail stations from East Kapolei to the Aloha Stadium opened on June 30, 2023.

Phase 2 of the Skyline Light Rail System
The stations being constructed under phase 2 are estimated open in the summer of 2025.

Phase 3 of the Skyline Light Rail System
The stations being constructed under phase 2 are estimated open in 2031

Phase 4 of the Skyline Light Rail System
These stations were eleminated from the first three phases of building Skyine to due financial shortfalls Constructing the stations has not been confirmed or scheduled and the stations are still in the planning stage.
